WHAT IS SSL?

SSL, which stands for Secure Sockets Layer, is an encrypted system of connection over the
internet that enables a web browser and server to communicate securely. It's typically used
when you want to enter credit card information in order to make an online purchase.
Your payment will be processed through encryption, so no one can access your personal data.
The HTTPS at the beginning of a URL indicates that it is secure and safe to proceed with your
payment.
If you see any other symbol before HTTPS, such as HTTP or FTP, do not enter any
sensitive information there.
And even if the URL says HTTPS, don't click on links inside emails or text messages because
those might lead to pages that are not secure. If you have any questions about whether a site is
secured or not feel free to contact us!
